I have got a parse error in line 14
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '-', expecting '}' in /home/deb4195/domains/ikf-forum.eu/public_html/portal.php(602) : eval()'d code on line 14

I checked with the php editor and line 14 is

define('THIS_SCRIPT', 'portal.php');


What is wrong

Re-upload portal.php from a fresh download.

The error is likely not in line 14, but before / after it.

OK then I have a problem, I use 1.4 and there is no support for it so I may not upload the php file.
I tried to search the old version from 1.4 to download and replace this file, but also that is gone,
