After upgrad 1.6.4
When I click on prefixes discussion comes this error ...

You've not uploaded all the new files for 1.6.4, you need to use the full package: http://mybb.com/download/latest

You obviously haven't, as this error is caused by files that are not from 1.6.4. Reupload all files from a fresh 1.6.4 download.
