I use localhost on my computer. I try to install Google SEO on localhost
I enabled .htaccess on VertrigoServ,


When I click "Install & Activate". It show:

Use Google SEO 1.6 or Google SEO Legacy 1.4 (for old MyBB).

Google SEO 1.6 require PluginLibrary, I downloaded PluginLibrary, and uploaded to my host.
But PluginLibrary can not Install & Activate.
However no need to activate PluginLibrary, Google SEO 1.6 is still working.
If i don't enable PluginLibrary, is google seo working NORMALY ?

:oops: I messed up patches plugin with the pluginLibrary !!

^ PluginLibrary is for keeping track of changes in core files (here it is to be used
for making changes in functions.php file) if you replace the original functions.php
file with the provided functions.php file then PluginLibrary is not used ...

I do not changes file functions.php
Don't I need activate PluginLibrary ?

PluginLibrary doesn't need to be activated, in my part.
It only need to be upload.

PluginLibrary is not for keeping track of core file changes. That would be the Patches plugin. PluginLibrary is a collection of functions that make it easier to develop plugins. And as stated by the requirements section, it is needed for Google SEO to work completely.

means I do not need to activate it ?

Upload it with Google SEO, then Install/ Activate Google SEO
