Just like one "Mybb" is done in this image



The Name Mybb is glittered in red color.

How to do it ?

It's not a plugin, it's just some textshadow. Use this in the Username Style field for the usergroup you want to edit:

<span style="color: red; text-shadow: red 1px 1px 10px;"><strong>{username}</strong></span>
