In file verification, i have 3 files that have been changed and have not made any custom changes to :: index.php - inc/class_moderation.php - inc/class_parser.php :: i have been having some minor issues and thinking these may be corrupt.
Q1: Do plug-ins change any of the php files or should i assume these are corrupt?
Q2: Do i need to shut down the forum & plug-ins to over-write these files with new copies?
Running MyBB - 1.6.4
PHP Version - 5.3.6
SQL Engine - MySQL 4.1.14
