MyBB Version: 1.6.4

Problem:
Recently my forum has been reporting a very low count of how many people are online, usually less than 5. It usually is in the 100-300 range. Strangely at the same time, the plugin (Show the users that has been online today) reports 1 guest visited in the last 24 hours which is wrong.

In my ACP, the Who Online setting is set to 15 Minutes and refreshes every 5 minutes. "The Default"

This started happening after upgrading to 1.6.4, and upgrading some plugins. I updated AutoMedia and Google SEO at that time.

Try disabling all plugins here:

Admin CP -> Configuration -> General Configuration -> Disable All Plugins -> Yes

And see if the problem stays. If it doesn't, then your problem is with a plugin.

Tried it, same results for 45 min to 1 hour. Some staff says people are having DNS issues accessing my site but I haven't myself seen it yet

Yes there is a DNS Issue at the moment, should be fine soon.
