I want to get spam bots to post all over my forum. I want at least 50 spam bots posting 500 times a day each. That way I can get ranked higher in Google pages, then I'll simple move the spam into a different forum and people could search for "cookies" and my site will show up because of the spam bots. How can I get spam bots, please?

You won't get better page rank with spam content. Google only considers unique content, and none of the spam posts are unique.
