How can I update the number of threads and posts?
I also tried all the tools in maintenance tools.
Use the "Recount & Rebuild" feature.
ACP -> Maintenance -> Recount & Rebuild -> Rebuild Thread Counters -> Go

I guess I will make a code to update it manually.

Sometimes you have to run the entire Recount & Rebuilt set of tools twice after merging. But please also read the sticky on common SQL queries at the top of this forum. Thanks.
