1. How do I change the forum image things (EX: [Image: on.gif])

2. How do I disable this: [attachment=23866] (The image next to the forum) I think I deleted the plugin I used for that...

ftp upload /images/ theme

you should be install images

i Notice your sites missing on.gif problem you should be upload /images/
one theme upload all the file--> /images
