@OP the 1.4 plugin posted earlier should work. Give it a go and tell us if it's ok.

You can easily edit theme template to insert ad after last post.

You have to insert this:
{$Post['BotResponder']}At the end of your postbit/postbit_classic templates
Btw, if you use Template Conditionals plugin this can be done easily without problems.
