Everytime I click a link on my forum, it tries to get me to "save" the file. i.e, I click on the link to the Admin CP, and it prompts me to save index.php, I click the link to the portal, and I get the prompt to save the "portal.php" etc.

I know this is a server problem, but is there anything I can do to stop it?

Make sure Apache (or your webserver) is using PHP to parse the .php files.
