I am trying to send a mass pm but its not sending out? its in the Mass Mail Queue though not sure how to send it out now XD
The Task Manager should run the Mass Mail sender every 15 minutes. How long have you waited?
prob around a half hour now and still no PMs have been sent out
Did you alter anything in the task?
Nope Im not sure why its not sending
Try forcing it to run (ACP -> Tools & Maintenance -> Task Manager -> Find "Mass Mail" and click the clock icon with the green arrow).
