How would someone trust a host that doesn't even have a proper domain?
You are probably using a Free/p2h reseller.
There are a lot of post to host sites, with a Free reseller + MyBB + The Hosting tool. But almost all of them fails.

Try getting a proper domain + VPS.

You're using a .tk domain, you have absolutely no posts in your 1,000 forums apart from the plans post, you have too many forums, and tbh you're probably using a reseller.

Also, why not buy a .com or .net BEFORE releasing? .tk will make you look bad.

I think you can change domain, why don't you using .info. (cheap and cool). Using .tk, you will break ideal about host 2 post forum. You can refer someones host2post forum about it.

Tbh .infos aren't that great either. .com, .net, or .org are the best.

Get a freaking .com

Good luck in your fail attempt, clearly you have not researched anything to do with resellers, vps's or dedicated servers.
