which file should be set boolean value false that would install the forum, this option was disabled by default

this options:

Show Language Selector in Footer
Set to no if you do not want to show the language selection area in the footer of all pages in the board.
"yes" "no"

Are you having a problem with the option not working?

Yes I have changed the way language /russian, and when set in the admin panel Forums goes perfectly well for himself writes that forum English is not found
I go to the admin panel and then click to save the configuration after which the forum is loaded already in Russian fine
What is it?
