My forum crashed and I had to reinstall with an older database. Only 10 days old so most of the things are working... but this...

I get this error when I try and use prefixes and am not sure what to do..

Call to undefined function build_prefixes() in /home/domain/public_html/admin/modules/config/thread_prefixes.php on line 515

do you have functions.php file from myBB 1.6.4 package OR using earlier file ?

From 1.6.4 yes .. Oh wait it may be my Google SEO then .. I uploaded the functions.php for that and if I remember then it needs to be changed?

Yeah, Google SEO does need changes made to functions.php; I don't remember which ones though. Check the documentation/release thread.
