how to change background color in this plugin it is possible to change it??

you can try it within the advertisement code !!
admin panel --> configuration --> settings --> index Ads --> custom text or banner

wrap your advertisement code with div tags like below

<div style="background: green">
your advertisement code
</div>

i know about that script and asking author of plugin any update off this one
