Can I ban all domains except Gmail and Yahoo Mail?

Not a good idea to ban all domains BUT the free ones that spammers are gonna use. Just install anti-spam plugins. There are quite a few out there.

In Iran % 99.9 from all users use Gmail and Yahoo Mail! I think it is a good idea in my country.

Make sure you ban there IP address as well so they won't come back without going through a proxy/VPN.
I have a good idea for non-English forums.
Install Registration Security Question plugin from - G33K - and put questions in your language and about your country and your peoples.
They can not answer it!!!!!
Many spammers are from Russia!
