A few minutes ago I've got this error... http://i.imgur.com/u1wof.png . After 3 minutes everything worked again........
Is their anything that I can do to prevent another error like this ? or it's related to my hosting service?

It's a host issue.

It's your web host. Nothing we can do about it.

I'd consider switching hosts if you get these errors very often.

It's a host issue and I take it your on Hostgator too I assume, recieved that error as well earlier
