I'm setting up a board on my server and I'm having an intermittent issue with character encoding (at least, that's what it seems like). Refreshing the page fixes the text, but I'd still like to get to the root of the issue. Here's a screenshot:

The same thing just happened and I decided to view the page source. The text was shown perfectly in the source, but not when rendered by the browser. Could this be because of a problem with Chrome.

Anybody? This is still happening unfortunately.

Does this happen in any other browser at all? If not, then it must be an issue with Chrome. A quick search returned this:

I'm not sure as it happens completely randomly and is impossible to predict. I'll try using encoding auto-detect and see if it helps
