Actually when i personally login as admin it does n't show new thread option nut smetimes it visible.
And when i opened my site as guest it again visible to me(new thread)
So plz...help me whts the problm....i m facing this problm from 2 days nd i started my site abt 5days before!

I find that all forums are configured as closed categories ...
at forum management , check if the forums are open for posting
admin panel --> forums & posts --> forum management -->
forum --> select edit forum thru options button (at right side)
--> Access Options --> Forum is Open? <-- is this selected ?
yaa i checked 1st category its selected as open
^ please check it for individual forums ...
i hve checked sme categories its visible on sme categories bt others not....
just before 5min its invisible bt nw again its visible whts goign on here plzz chk
i checked all forum bt they r tick as open!!
^ all forums should be set as open so that users can post in them.
new thread button is visible only if a forum is set as open
