Hi i just got accepted to CPA and i have been having trouble getting the surveys to apply to one forum on my site. CPA gave me a code i need to add to where i want the surveys to come up. Anyone know how i can do this? I would really appreciate it!
i think most 3rd part code is added to the header template in mybb acp > templates > your templates > header > header
EDIT: read that completly wrong so where do you want the code to show up?

Just make a seperate PHP page and paste all codes there just like I did. =)
