Recently I've received a notification from my host stating that:

Quote:We have detected that your account executing a slow MySQL queries.

MySQL Query: select title,cache from mybb_datacache

How to fix it?

If there's nothing out of the ordinary you could probably switch to file cache... it won't fix the issue if your cache is just insanely large for some reason.
