I want to put ads in my wordpress blog, but I am totally confused. It will be very helpful if anyone here using any good plugins they have used & can guide me properly.

1. Firstly which plugin to use ?

2. And how to configure it ?

This isn't wordpress support forums? Ask wordpress support team, and you don't need any plugin for it, you can simply paste the code anywhere you want them to show.

I use Ad Injection plugin and it works fine.

but it has lot of configurations & settings, I have no idea how/waht to configure

Here is the installation guide.

Just put the code into the php files, you do not need a plugin.
