I need support on many different things in myBB but below you'll find two problems that I think would be easy to help with:

How can I change the color of the text shown in the rep report?

In all of the .php files it refers to "smalltext" how do I change the size and color of this small text? (I'm assuming it'll be in global.css)

I also need further help and I am willing to pay up to $20 for help. Via Paypal or Alertpay.

For your first question, acp > users & groups > "select group".
Now click the "Users and permissions" tab
Change the Reputation System settings to suit your needs

For the colors, edit the acp > themes > your theme > global css
edit the colors for reputation_negative, reputation_positive, and reputation_neutral

Thanks for the post x-Treme, I've got rep bg colors sorted now how would I change the color of the text on top of the rep?
