What forum software can I use on Hostgator (UNIX) that has voting capability?

My needs are as such:
-Essential: People can vote on posts showing they agree or disagree -mostly agree.
-People can possibly rate posts or give them a priority.
-I can define major posting groups
-I can review messages b4 they are posted.
-Might need thew ability to provide targeted or sponsored ads off to the side.

Probably not a very good idea for a web server.

But yeah, it is possible.
