So we had a 15 page discussion in a thread, and the original poster deleted their original post, so now the entire thread is deleted and it looks like all of the replies were deleted too???

How can you prevent this and can I get at least the replies back!? 15 pages...weeks of work.

Uncheck the "Users can delete own threads" and/or "Users can delete own posts" option in the usergroup section of the AdminCP (I forget if there's two different options for that)

Thanks, I just unchecked that. When the thread is deleted, does it delete all of the replies as well?
