Where exactly in global.css in the ACP do I go to manage the colors for the categories of my forum? This includes the "background bar" thing and the text. Thank you, my theme is almost done, appreciate it if you could help.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean.
I assume you mean the category text and background; that would be class
thead, and for the linked text class
.thead a:link / .thead a:hover and so on..
I use
Web Developer extension for the Firefox browser to help me find css attributes. Worth the try out, even if you don't surf the web in Firefox (I use Chrome
