I came across this and thought I would report it so it could get fixed

that you need to fix on your own forum !!

My I ask How ?
its was a fresh install
What templates do i look for to fix?

well nav_sep_active template but there is only a / in the template

^ at present your forum is not loading to check it ...

fresh installation should not have validation errors ; modifications & plugins are cause for the errors !!

still got same error disabling plugins
