Some how, I've deleted index.php from my new mybb installation. and now I've uploaded it again, Is this index.php can cause problem or some settings has to be changed during installation? Because I've uploaded the original index.php that was included in mybb upload directory. Moreover, the file permission is set to 644. Do I have to change it or not?

okay, I thought there is also some setting changes in index.php during installation

If you already installed your forum you can replace any file if you wish to.

At least if there is nothing you edited before..
