IAM Really puzzled is there any mark as installed functionality for all my submiited forum styles or mods?
please kindly introduce one functionality as like vbulletin where we can know how many themes which i people have downloaded has been installed on their forums.

i have submitted some themes but want to know how many got installed.
is there any way to know?
No there is not.
Actually, you can already mark plugins as installed Smile

As for seeing how many downloads you have, you need to login to your mods site account then view the control panel or w/e and it'll display all your submitted downloads and the number of times they've been downloaded.
Dude You mean
Logging into mods section and go to personal control panel and click on manage download submissions ?
IT SHOws me that 9 downloads ive got but how to know how many of the 9 have been installed.
It doesn't "install" them automatically to you forum (as far as I remember anyway, I don't use it). If I remember correctly, it just MARKS down if you've installed it or not (as a personal reminder).
The "Mark as Installed" option on the mods site is no more than just a simple tool. It is in no way connected to a plugin or theme itself, and thus, it's a tool one can manually use if they want to keep track of what they installed from the mods site. For example, if I decide to download a plugin from the mods site and I go forth and install it, it isn't actually marked as installed on the mods site, rather, if I want it to be, I would have to visit the mods site to do so.

Hope this explains the tool better. Smile
I think it would be good functionality to make this automatic. In your settings, if you could connect an account to the MyBB system, then each time you install a plugin, have the plugin logic mark on the MyBB website as installed. Maybe something to look at for 2.0?

It sounds simple in theory, but it would take quite a bit of code to achieve what you're looking for. There would be several variables involved to work with such a system in the core... not to mention the API that would need to be created for the Modifications site itself... just doesn't seem worth it (personally) because a few people can't click "Mark as Installed" on the mods site.

To be honest, I don't even bother with the current "Mark As Installed" feature at all. I do think that in business, nothing should be regarded as pointless if it gives you the upper hand on competition.
The Mods site needs to be heavily updated regardless. The "network" of MyBB "sites" (wiki, mods, ideas, blog, etc) should be integrated with the forum.
