Yes, I'm all in for what you're suggesting. I like the idea. But stopping them from posting in your own threads is, as Uncontrol mentioned, a bit too far.

Implementing the type of ignore system you want would be a massive performance impact as a lot of the items you requested be changed are best left to a cache system. the latest thread, last poster, etc are all cached for performance. even determining your own forum permissions with each page is a lot of effort already, to add ignored users to all the queries and reevaluate the last post, subscription notices, postbit output, forum lists, searching, etc would kill performance
