Ok, my members are having to fully refresh the page if they want to see new content, users, banners, tabs and more.. Is there a plugin to fix this so it automatically refreshes?
What do you mean? People have to refresh web pages to see new content, that is not new to know.

Tell them to use the F5 button for Refresh.
You don't understand.. If you click the forum button it shows exactly what it showed 30 minutes ago unless you refresh the page..
then there is a browser caching problem.
check ACP > Configuration > Settings > Server and Optimization Options >Send No Cache Headers
