make username color acording to there group in postbit... someone knows this?

The color is already parsed in the postbit. What is it that you're asking exactly?

You can also change the color of the names i think tell me if it works.

Go To Admin CP >> Groups >> Any of the groups >> post this into the "Username Styles" Box

<span style="color: green;"><strong><em>{username}</em></strong></span>

and then you can change the color by replacing the word "Green" into any color like blue, yellow, pink, ect.
