I am using Balckender theme, and I would like to remove the very slow scrolling navigation of the page.

I would like it to make it simple as myBB default thememe, its very fine to scroll.

What am I going to edit???

Smooth scrolling? As far as I know, this depends on the browser. Not the theme you're using.
