i've download Mybb and i've uploaded it to Filezilla. I've transfered the Mybb files into HTTPDOCS then into a folder called Forum. I've watched videos and i've done exactly the same then when all the files have been installed on to filezilla the URL to get the installer to begin should be www."mysite".co.uk/forum/install . But it doesnt load and says URL not found
What's your actual URL...?? Are you sure you've not uploaded the Upload folder itself too??
Can you prinstscreen your FTP client showing where the files are so we can see the parent directory structure??

WWW prefix for your domain name was not enabled in Plesk, therefore all the requests to
www.thefootballbase.co.uk were returning 404 error. I have fixed this and you may continue the installation.
How did i forget that!
