Hii,

I think mybb should introduce a theme that use a CSS sprite instead of many small images and icons.

It will make the mybb faster to load by decreasing the HTTP requests.

MyBB 1.6 won't have such a large change. 2.0 will be using sprites though.

Like the above poster said, the 1.6 theme won't be changing. 2.0 will feature a completely new theme that should use CSS sprites.

And I think that just about covers it.
