Is there any way to compress posts? My host only allows a certain max upload/post size. It's currently 64M.

That's way more than enough. I only have it set to 2M / 8M.

Note that "max upload/post size" refers to HTTP POST requests and has very little to do with forum posts. If you don't foresee anyone uploading >63MB attachments you shouldn't have an issue (besides MyBB's attachment system somewhat sucks for larger files anyway, so you shouldn't be using it for such large files).
