I'm new at making forums and I'm a little lost. I really want my forum to stick out. It's aimed at people who want to make money (realistically) and for people who want to contribute and help. I need someone who can make me a custom theme about money. If the job is done right I can paypal you $20 for your work. Can someone please help me?
