I don't know any thing about PHP but i want create a plugin!

Please give me a code as a plugin with this option if you have time and if you want.

e.g: I want create a plugin, it add this code to index template and after

{forums}

tag.

Admin can manage it from ACP.
In settings admin can view this options:
1- On/Off
2- a field for title
3- a filed for description
4- a field for short message [HTML]
4- a field for add code [HTML]

There are various plugins available which you can look into.

There's an example hello world plugin in the wiki..just look at that and the wiki section on creating plugins, the basic info is all there.

Look at the hello world plugin and reverese engineer it. That's how I made my first plugin.

For example if i want change code place to index template, i should change which tag in plugin??

You can use this by Pirata Nervo, its an excellent app which does pretty most things on it owns, you gotta just enter the commands and plugin info and there it creates a new php file for you.

Thanks, But this need .Net Framework and I have not it and I can not download it because my Internet connection is very slow for download 200MB

You can keep .NET Framework 3.5 over-night.

Its just 197 MB, my download speed is also slow, 30 kbps, but it won't hurt.
