My forums recently crashed, and this error shows up:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE, expecting '{' in /home/soul/public_html/forums/inc/functions.php on line 418

I've located the 418th line of the php file, but cannot find the T that is causing this. Here's the code:

function my_mail($to, $subject, $message, $headers) $from="", $charset="", $headers="", $keep_alive=false, $format="text", $message_text="", $return_email="")

Reupload a copy of that file from a fresh download. This wouldn't have just happened all by itself though, the file's corrupt or incomplete.
