How do I set my settings to were people can only make one post a minute?
In ACP > Configuration > Settings > Posting, enable flood checking and set Post Flood Time to 60.
It's set to 1 minute by default.
It doesnt seem to be saving for me
As said in your other thread, delete ./inc/settings.php and it should regenerate with your new settings in it.
