Well I banned a person but he can able to registered with same ip and email adress?How this can be possible?Wondering Am I doing something wrong?

Than I wrote the email adresses and ips which he used

nope he registered with the same email and ip.They were already on the list :/

Are you sure it is the same email and not some email with a trick?
if possible can i have access to your admin cp just to make sure things are set correctly?
