hello guys i had delete my forum and now i want to reinstall it again i have take a back up from admin panel which name is like this:

can you tell me please how to perform a full back up and restore my forum as it it was?
create a database ; import the above database backup . install myBB and
when system asks for database details use the above database's details ..
yes but forum is like new .. i want the old forum, how it was..
can anyone else help me? via team viewer or something else? i don't really know how to fix this..
old forum is made from using the database backup !! this type of help cannot be easily done thru
TeamViewer - you have to trust a contributor and provide required temporary privileges thru PM ..
