Just goto ACP > Settings > Modify Settings (On right top) (For example: http://www.yourdomain.com/admin/index.ph...ion=manage )

And find the settings that aren't getting removed, click options > Delete setting.

Just reinstall it and then uninstall it, it will remove the settings for MySupport.

i tried that 2 times, it un-installs, but when i go back to ACP>config... its there with a list of all the settings still :s

but its sorted now i did what crazy4cs said & its now gone \o/
