I removed a whole forum area with 4 child forums in it on mistake and I have no backup is there a way to get it back!?

And yes, I'm being serious. Because without a backup that data is lost. Forever.
When doing stuff like that it is always good to backup.
Bleh! I don't have a backup >.< I was reviving the site and deleting some areas and thought that was a different area! Ugh, oh well Guess I need to start over, it was only the off topic area.
