I am making a new theme and It will be a rainbow theme and I want all stuff to be different colors so here is my site

I want to change those how can I do that

I got everything else done but this little pieces here thats all i need to know

Uh....

I think the colors and icons on this theme just killed me..

Admin Control Panel > Templates & Styles > Themes > Your Theme > Global.css

This is where you can change ALL the colours using hex codes for your forum including text / links etc
