Please share all step of how add page icon.

It's called a favicon. All you need to do is a create a small 16x16 icon, name is favicon.ico, and upload it to your forum root.

Where upload in root i means which folder

Where index.php is.

Where is index.php please tell all

Where all of your MyBB files are.

Mybb files are in Upload folder

Just upload the favicon.ico to the same place you uploaded MyBB.

And how make www.xxx.com/Forum/Index.php
