Some members after registering, the site wont let them log in, its causing a lot of problems not sure where to start, while other members are having no problems at all, sorry cant give any more details, as i have none

Tell them to reset there cookies. Or you messed up the cookie path.
have had them reset their cookies, and if my path was wrong...would that not affect all members?
well try logging in and out with a test account. It would not effect members who are already logged in.
my test account works, but others are getting a ip range not allowed error apparently
