No, MyBB is a forum system. Not a blog system.
If people want a forum, they can use MyBB, but if people want a blog they can use something like wordpress.

As I stated before, no. The whole point of MyBB is that it's a light-weight, easy to use forum system.
I think he's asking if MyBB will do what IPB etc did, where they make official addons like Blogs, etc.
I thought he is asking if mybb will expand from "only forum" to different fields like "Mybb forums", "Mybb blog system", "Mybb CMS" etc, maybe he didn't mean addition of "blog" in the forum itself.
Either way it's not going to happen the official level anytime soon.
