I think I followed all instructions correctly, I only want my moderators accessing the adminCP for banning purposes. So I set all permissions to no except can moderate threads/posts/attachments and a blank one right below can manage help docs and right above can use maintainence. (Which I assume is can ban users, don't know why it isn't labeled.) Anyway, I did this, and my mods can't access the banning area. Little help please? Here are the admin options and users.php files I edited. Maybe I went wrong somewhere. And also, I CAN'T ACCESS THE BANNING PORTION OF THE ADMIN CP EVEN THOUGH ALL OF MY PERMISSIONS ARE SET TO YES!!!

Weird. I can now get into the ban panel after going into my admin permissions and even though they're all set to yes, I pushed submit for the hell of it. This however still doesn't solve my other problem.
